Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain VBA macros and scripts to automate data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets or databases using VBA.
• Collaborate with analysts to understand their data analysis requirements and develop VBA solutions accordingly.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing VBA code to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Design and implement Excel-based dashboards and reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing, manipulation, and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for VBA code, processes, and workflows.
• Perform in-depth business analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making processes.
• Provide expertise in data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a VBA Developer or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation and automation.
• Proficient in VBA programming, Excel formulas, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with Data Analysts within the Department, domain experts and/or stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, pharmacists, other healthcare professionals and management team etc.) and IT teams to develop and deploy models to support patient care and improve health services delivery.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

• Mentor junior Data Analyst.
