What will you do?

• Provide technical support to a 24x7 operating data centre including the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment and systems.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the IT services Processing of production jobs
• Assisting in monitoring and escalation of incidents related to computer hardware, operating system, application systems, data centre facilities and managing the security of the data centre
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level
• Involve in process improvement initiatives and projects for the data centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior / Principal software engineer, you'll be joining a team of digital professionals which work across our digital projects including mobile, web and smart TVs.

Responsibilities

• You will be deeply involved in our company wide design and UX process from concept to outcome, high-level discussions to fine details
• You will play a role in the digital transformation, improving UX and frontend development standards and shaping up the company's agile culture
• You will collaborate closely with different teams, stakeholders and vendors to streamline workflow, and facilitate and execute high quality experiences for multiple exciting projects;
• You will be expected to use your HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills to create a nice and clean UI pattern framework that Application Developers can re-use in the future
• You will be a quality assurance of elegant frontend code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and also to ensure consistency of the user interface across multiple platforms

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related fields or equivalent
• Total development experience of at least 10 years
• Expert in JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and MVC frameworks; experience in working with Less/Sass
• Familiar and hands-on experience with AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks
• Familiar with Node.js, PHP, Python or other server-side environments
• Experience in working on applications powered by Drupal CMS (traditional fully coupled; headless fully decoupled with a presentation layer running on NodeJS + VueJS; hybrid progressively decoupled)
• Experience in PatternLab design and implementation, especially Twig-based pattern library
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and familiar with GIT
• Good understanding of web UI design principles and an ability to squarely discuss UI issues with UX designers for optimal solutions
• Experience in managing large scale of projects involving vendors and in news and publishing domain will be a plus

Windows Server

• Design, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Manage and monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and oversee virtualization strategies using Hyper-V and Azure.
• Plan and execute migrations to Azure, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident response and resolution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Windows server administration and engineering.

MS Azure

• Strong experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, including Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and backup/recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Perform system performance test and evaluation and customer qualification focusing on vision inspection system.
• Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering discipline
