Overview: The candidate will be responsible for Software Deployment in Integration and UAT environments and to provide technical support L1/L2 for the International core banking eco-system of the bank running worldwide.

Main responsibilities

• Application deployment and level 1&2 support during SIT, UAT and production implementation for the core banking system of the bank (for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa).
• Follow UAT issues and enquiries from business users until their appropriate closure (incident communication, root cause analysis and permanent resolution).
• Engagement with development teams on a regular basis. Appropriate escalation of critical queries.
• Monitoring of batches to ensure that any incident is solved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and improve DevOps tools.
• Prepare and maintain installation instruction documents, technical procedures and release procedures.

Qualifications and Profile

NTU Shared Services (NSS) is a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that provides a wide range of administrative, operational, and support services to various departments and units within the university. The NSS Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing effective IT/AV technical support role, in relation to the generic desktop/ laptop PCs, mobile devices, Audio Visual (AV) equipment, as well as NTU campus software. Responsibilities:
