Direct Responsibilities

· Must have 7+ years of technical experience.

· Review designs from Technical Teams/Vendor (where applicable)

· Review solutions from Technical Teams/Vendors (from functional view point that it fulfils the requirements objectively)

· To review SIT cases, analyse defect(s) raised by Test team; Liaise with internal Product Owner and/or vendor on fixes delivery date

· To define UAT cases/plan and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team during Testing Phase. Ensure defects reported are tracked, follow-up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with Business and Operation to support day-to-day operation

· Provide support on clarification during SIT/UAT, Regression testing and Rehearsal testing

· To working independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions and escalate in timely manner.

· To supports and plan for users’ participation in Deployments and Implementation Users Sanity and/or Penny Testing (PVT)

· Perform business and functional analysis (end to end) for Cash Management services wrt to the reporting platform and products for Asia Pacific countries;

· Provide viable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and delivers business initiatives that is inline with Solution

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethic, team spirit, exceptional customer serving attitude. Operations experience will be added advantage

· Produce requirements in the form of Users Story to vendors and review vendor FS (where applicable), review and sign-off the artefacts and solutions produced by the vendor (where applicable). Drive User Story grooming with vendor and closes all doubts from vendor.

· To identify and map information requirement between bank internal systems and external parties i.e. Clearing House, Partner Banks, Local Service Providers or Outsourced Service Providers. Continuous update of the Application Interface Specification

Contributing Responsibilities

· Develop new products jointly with other application/project teams

· Contribute towards the end-to-end solutioning for these new products

· Contribute towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives

· To share support and expertise by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions

Technical Expert Engineering CSV

We are looking for a result driven CSV Expert to become one of the pioneers in our newly established manufacturing plant in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for commissioning and qualification oversight for our automated and IT systems, to ensure our compliance to the company procedures, cGMP expectations and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Provides expertise in performing Computerized Systems Validation.
• Primary personnel for the qualification of Computerized Systems including Automation Systems (PCS 7, EMS, MES) and GMP equipment qualifications operating within the framework of regulations (GxP, 21CFR11, etc.)
• Perform collaborative work with the Compliance Engineering team on other CQV activities.
• Coordinate with both internal and external teams (manufacturing, engineering, quality, vendors, contractors, etc.) to achieve the site objectives.
• Prepare, review, and approve of SOPs and qualification-related documentations (protocols and reports)
• Ensure that the qualification strategy is sound and adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate deviations and write deviation reports and findings.
• Raise and follow-up change control records.

What you have to offer:

• Degree in Engineering/Science or related studies.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharma/ biotech manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in CSV activities.
• High level of understanding in Regulatory compliance
• Familiar with working in a GxP environment and keeping up to date with current GxP, with flexibility to change as needed due to new regulatory requirements and technologies, as relevant for clinical and commercial supply.
• In-depth knowledge in Computer System Validation (CSV), GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, ER/ES, validation lifecycle, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a biotech facility
• Good knowledge of GxP, GDP, CQV approaches including Validation Lifecycle approach (URS, DQ, FAT/SAT, IOQ, CSV, Cleaning/ Thermal Validation etc.), regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
• Competent in technical writing and presentations. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Problem solver and has ability to make decisions.
• Able to work independently, self-starter, self-motivated and task oriented.
• Good communication skills and able to openly communicate and escalate any relevant issues.

• Strong hands-on experience on Cloudera and related ecosystem components.
• Strong experience in implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Highly proficient in SQL, Hive SQL, Spark, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of the production deployment process.
• Experience with scheduling jobs using Autosys or similar.
• Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket, GIT etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data related issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Dataiku is a plus, but not mandatory.
