• Support the Incident Manager in ensuring preventive and detective measures of applications are identified and implemented with provision of root cause analysis.
• Support the IT Planner in meeting project objective and perform production transition for new system launch and system change request.
• Propose improvement for systems based on identified process gaps.
• Standardize processes through developing implementation, integration, and documentation in accordance to set standards.
• Identify and propose suitable processes for automation and implementation.
• Lead and coordinate projects (project support and change request). Provide analytical support and execute requirement analysis to support system enhancement, fixes, and emergency application changes deployment.
• Participate in system restoration for Disaster Recovery exercises.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Min. 4 years of work experience in the Application or System Support function, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Possess hands-on experience in supporting Workflow and Automation systems.
• Experience in Enterprise Application support environment with interaction to multiple function (developer, infrastructure and service desk) and business users.
• Possess functional knowledge of Digitalization systems (such as Customer on boarding, Funding Charges, Data Management).
• Possess technical knowledge on Application hosted in both Windows and LINUX, able to perform database query (SQL Server, ORACLE) and handling application services under Windows Services and LINUX application services.
• Possess good understanding and competency in scripting (such as DOS, UNIX or VBA).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Job Description:

The Technical Specialist (TS) is a support function to an assigned sales specialist and/or territory to ensure customer expectations are satisfied before, during and post-surgery of an orthopaedic procedure. Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, close coordination is required between the different stakeholders, which includes sales, customer service, logistics (distribution, warehousing

& delivery). It is expected that the TS will manage & be responsible for the instrumentation, implants and workshops materials allocated to the assigned territory.

As part of the Trauma team, this role is required to cover cases in the operating theatre and be part on a on-call roster.

1. To provide technical support to operating staff in theatre during orthopaedic surgery.
2. To ensure instrumentation are complete, clean and properly packed prior to and after surgery.
3. To develop adequate knowledge of Company’s orthopaedic product portfolio and instrumentation so as to assist nurses and doctors in surgery.
4. To support sales personnel during in-services to nurses and doctors and participate in exhibitions (either weekdays or weekends).
5. To maintain confidentiality of Company’s documentation e.g. pricing, product specifications etc.
6. To support sales personnel in the management of inventory for all product portfolio.
7. To assist in topping up of consignment implants whenever necessary.
8. To ensure that consignment implants are complete at all times.
9. To be able to be mobilised during on-call for the next assignment/surgery case.
10. To be prepared to support surgeons in surgery during weekends when necessary.
11. To be in operating theatre at least 15 minutes prior to surgery.
12. To feedback to sales personnel any complaints, competitive activities and suggestions from nurses and doctors.
13. To assist in cataloguing & documentation whenever necessary.
14. To assist in bi-annual stock-taking.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Medicine, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Must have a Nursing certification

Responsibilities:

• Quickly identify the cause of mechanical or electrical troubles that occurred to the working vessels and establish a proper restore/repair plan
• Take precautions to prevent troubles on working vessels
• Handle operational issues, repairs, and/or modifications to dredgers and barges
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, Vessel masters and shipyard and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance needed for the operations
• Prepare proposals for docking requirements and specifications
• Check and Ensure that spare parts inventory management and condition are sufficient to support repair and maintenance schedules
• Ensure quality, environment, health & safety requirements are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a degree in Electronic and Control Systems Engineering or a recognised degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the engineer.
• Must be a licensed Chief electrical engineer or Professional Engineer or Associate
• Professional Engineer in the Electric and Electronic field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on boarding electrical engineer of Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger.
• Experience in large size of civil construction project sites over SGD50M in General Civil works
• Experience in large size of marine construction project sites over SGD30M in Marine construction works
• Good knowledge of dredging engineering and dredging equipment.
• Good knowledge of marine engineering and marine equipment.
• Experience in planning electrical equipment
• Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams and Programmable Logic Controllers and programming such as PLC ladder, function block etc.
• Well-versed in ship maintenance requirements.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive troubleshooting/finding root cause with the ship's crew on board.

The Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management alongside the Tecnical Executive, Facilities Management are the front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, and to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly carried out and performed.

2. The Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management should assist the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team.

Requirements

The Senior Techical Executive, Facilities Management should have the following qualification and FM services working experiences as follow:

a. A Bachelor degree in FM Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance/ Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years FM services experience,

b. A Polytechnic Diploma in FM Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance/ Engineering, or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of FM service experiences, or

c. Any candidate not meeting clause (a) or (b), but with a minimum of seven (7) years proven track records as FM or equivalent may apply
