The story of your journey in this role

You will be a member of the software squad which maintains TopSky ATC One products, the current ATM system used operationally by a wide variety of global customers. As such, you will be supporting the program by analysing/fixing PCRs, analysing/implementing ECRs within your software team/squad. Additionally, you will be tasked to improving the resilience of performance/SW test frameworks.

As a Software Engineer, you are accountable for:

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with 2+ years working experience

2. As a world-class engineer, you have rich working experience in scalable, highly available, distributed and mission-critical systems

3. Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stack, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, data pipeline

4. Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++

5. Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka

6. Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders and have good communication skills

7. Self-driven, positive, cooperative and willing to keep learning enthusiasm at all times

8. Has trade/payment experience or real-time computing platform like flink/spark is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the refrigeration industry.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
