Machinist

Responsibilties:
• Responsible for set up and operate CNC & NC Machine according to production schedule and meet all specification requirement.
• Perform simple trouble shooting, basic daily machine maintenance and maintaining 6S housekeeping.
• Read, interpret & execute various machining works using CNC and NC vertical/ horizontal lathe involving milling, turning and grinding per the engine manual requirements.
• Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule & delivery requirements.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
• Participate in cost control initiatives & continuous improvement projects/ events.

Responsibilities:
• Perform weld repair and assembles of aircraft components with gas tungsten arc welding/ tungsten inert gas processes.

• Perform various jobs such as cutting, grinding, sheet metal and assembly works with hand or power tools which include portable riveting guns, squeezers, abrasive tools and torque wrenches.

The Educational Data Technician (EDT) is directly responsible for establishing and maintaining sustainable data aggregation and integration for whole school educational data. This includes identifying, building and maintaining suitable platforms for the storage, transformation and display of educational data to support academic leadership and educators in making data informed strategic decisions. Responsibilities include extracting data from multiple sources, using machine learning tools to organize data, process, clean, and validate the data, analyze the data for information and patterns, develop prediction systems, present the data in a clear manner, and propose solutions and strategies. Key Accountabilities - Main responsibilities

· Student attainment data (quantitative and qualitative) aggregation.

· Establishing mechanisms and support for automating and/or streamlining data input;

· Utilizing a data warehouse to store data longitudinally.
