Job Responsibilities:

• Install and upgrade Windows OS and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
• Support IT projects, including ERP implementation.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking.
• Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Min 1 – 3 years of IT support experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PACS, SQL, and network security is a plus
