Seeking potential candidates to join North Link (MCST 2757), an industrial building located in the northern region of Singapore, for the position of In-house Security Officer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Implement security procedures and protocols as per Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Conduct patrols and security checks.
- Monitor the Fire Command Centre and Guard house.
- Assist in enforcing removal of items from common property by unit occupants.
- Manage unauthorized vehicle parking.
- Perform other security duties as required.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Security Licence issued by PLRD / SIRD.
- RTT certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a security officer.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Permanent night shift from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- 6 off days per month.
