The role of a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is to lead, guide and manage the technical aspects of projects through design, build and implementation phases. They are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and overseeing the development process. TDMs play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, making them instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Application Lead with proven knowledge and implementation experience in the Transaction Banking Cash management domain within Information Technology Department under System Office for Asia (ASO).

The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team providing business solutions for cash management solutions. You will be supporting the Bank’s initiatives in Transaction Banking (Cash/Payment) domain, working with the business stakeholders to identify the business priorities, plan for the delivery of the solution, manage schedule and budgets, manage the risks/ issues and facilitate the system implementation across countries in APAC.

Key responsibilities in the regional transaction banking technology team include:
• Lead business initiatives in System Office for Asia. Plan and oversee IT delivery projects

• Collaborating with stakeholders (main IT teams) to define, prioritize and develop project planning and budgeting requirements

Job Description

M&A within ERM Global has a core technical team of over 50+ technical consultants delivering technical due diligence out of EMEA, USA and APAC. We often work in close collaboration with our global ESG and EHS due diligence teams, to provide a holistic due diligence service to our client. Due to increasing client demand in APAC, we are looking to expand this offering further within the technical service line, based out of Singapore.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to:

• Lead delivery of proposals, which will include development of our company profile, technical scopes of work, scheduling and commercial terms;
• Assist / lead on projects that provide our clients with a technical, operational and business plan evaluation of their proposed investment on infrastructure assets;
• Lead the coordination of typical project deliverables such as Q&A submission, management sessions, client meetings and report delivery;
