About the role

The PIDG Project Development Arm provides catalytic leadership capital to share the risks of early stage project development with competent sponsors (co-developers). Reporting to the Technical and Implementation Director, and working as an integral member of the Asset Management & Implementation team, the Technical & Implementation Manager is responsible for oversight and guidance in undertaking assessment, planning, documentation, design, tendering, contracting and construction of infrastructure facilities across South Asia and South East Asia which the Project Development Arm is mandated to operate in.

• Review and comment on project operation and maintenance plans to ensure that the project and plant will be operated and maintained cost-effectively to the highest standards, and in compliance with the related EMMP and HSMP;
