• Conduct day-to-day L2 support of banking application software. In case any errors are detected by the bank operations department (L1 support), you are required to find the recovery solution, working together with your colleagues, the outsourcing vendor, the bank IT department, and the counterparty of the head office, if necessary. · Support and manage development of Cellular Modem systems and products.

· Monitor the results and quality of the different software ROMs and technical features implemented.
