[What the role is]
PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE (ELECTRONIC PARKING SYSTEM)

[What you will be working on]

We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join the Electronic Parking System (EPS) team to be part of the car park CEPAS transaction acquiring business.

You will be required to support the LTA acquiring system in the area of stakeholder engagement in which you will need to liaise and work with external stakeholder such as Car Park Owners/Operators (CPOs), System Integrators, members of the public, vendors and internal LTA stakeholders to facilitate the works necessary for future car park upgrading. You will oversee the managing of CPOs and involved in managing the contractual and day-to-day operational (e.g. processing CPOs’ claims) matters. You will also be involved in the development and testing of the LTA acquiring system.

[What we are looking for]

• Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administrations, or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in customer service and contract administration in an
operational environment
• Keen interest in transaction acquiring business development and operational works
• Good knowledge in ISO9000, or equivalent quality processes
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently

[What the role is]
SENIOR/EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER, INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

[What you will be working on]

You will be supporting a team spearheading the development and maintenance management of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to improve the safety and efficiency of the road network and to better meet the needs of commuters.

You will be involved in the various system testing activities in the different phases of system installation, implementation, development, and commissioning. You will work closely with the various stakeholders, internal and external parties to achieve the testing objectives. You will be required to verify test results, perform data analysis & processing, tabulating results, and reporting.

You will also be supporting the system maintenance activities, manage, schedule and coordinate with users and contractors on corrective and preventive maintenance regime, including monthly maintenance meeting and reporting.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or
equivalent;
• At least 3 years’ experience in system engineering studies, testing, project
management in traffic / transportation related fields preferred;
• Good writing and communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
• Possess initiative and resourcefulness as well as keen interest in problem-
solving;
• Able to work independently as well as in a team;
• Have strong sense of responsibility and strong analytical mind; and
• Able to support night works and or/duties
