About Global Payments
The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all our international product lines, such as TikTok, Helo, Games, Education, etc.
The Global Network team in Global Payments ensures a stable, professional and efficient overseas payment solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. This includes tasks such as building general service capabilities, payment instruction orchestration engine, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the channel intelligent operation and maintenance platform, maintain the stability of the platform, and participate in on-call work at the same time.
2. This position will focus on improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of the channel by providing intelligent and automated operation and maintenance tools.
3. Collaborate across teams with SRE and Ops teams to ensure that the provided operation and maintenance tools closely meet the needs of front-line operation and maintenance.
4. Gain a deep understanding of the payment capabilities of the connected channels and the upstream payment usage scenarios, and discover valuable monitoring and operation and maintenance solutions from a technical perspective.
5. Explore the possibility of reducing abnormal alarm noise and improving the efficiency of abnormal detection through intelligent algorithms.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience;
2. Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages, such as Java/Go/C++/C#/Python;
3. More than 3 years of work experience in the payment channel team.
4. Good communication skills and self-motivation, able to actively communicate with stakeholders to drive system evolution.
4. Experience in developing channel operation and maintenance platforms is preferred.
