Position Summary :

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. • Presents at customer level; creates presentations at the engineering level for delivery to customers on system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations (new part introductions)
• 200mm CMP product knowledge a plus

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Manager job involves a blend of technical expertise and managerial responsibilities. This role involves providing technical support, managing projects, and supervising technical staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage all the Coating Advisors, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and assisting in performance evaluations.

· Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, resolving technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner.

· Attend and do reporting during the technical meeting with Japan HQ team.

· Assist in the preparation and issuance of technical reports, documentations, and presentations in English and Japanese languages.

· Issue technical information in English and Japanese

· Paint performance analysis and consideration

· Assist and suggest in the development of paint formula to R&D in Japan headquarters

· Ad-hoc technical duties as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (i.e. Engineering, Chemistry)

· Ability to explain the technical analysis to customers in English and/or Japanese

CTP aims to develop, inspire, and accelerate knowledge-based solutions and educate future leaders to establish the stable climate and environment necessary for resilient, just, and sustainable Southeast Asian societies.

CTP will generate knowledge and innovation across disciplines including climate and Earth science, ecology, materials science, artificial intelligence, humanities, social sciences and the arts, finance, health, and engineering. It will also translate state-of-the-art scientific results into real world solutions for Singapore, and it will transfer these solutions to Southeast Asia (SEA) and beyond.

As part of this programme, “Cross-cutting theme 1: Sustainable Societies”, this theme will leverage climate research in communication, public opinion and psychology, and artistic impressions to shape public attitudes and behaviours towards climate change issues.
