A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF AN IOS MOBILE DEVELOPER

• Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of mobile applications within the R&D project team structure, following established processes and delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will serve as the country SPOC (Single-Point-Of-Contact) on various IT and Digital-related matters. The role will oversee and executes project delivery and operational support for various store and MO technologies such as POS, SOKs, HR and payroll platforms, delivery systems, data analytics, data transmission, ERP, and other digital innovations. Duties & Responsibilities

BAU / Service Management

· Ensures efficient and effective IT operations daily

· Manages all IT related infrastructure and service delivery processes

· Ensures proper implementation of agreed plans and policies in rendering services to clients

· Takes overall responsibility for operational support incident management and request fulfilment, as well as any other activity assumed by the operational support, such as monitoring certain events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 10+ years of related work experience in leading a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals in enterprise-scale turn-key projects and large-scale customer facing systems, preferably in fast-paced tech, IT or gaming industry.
• Experienced in quality assurance and quality control of scalable, maintainable, extensible, web-based enterprise grade applications with web-based and mobile app-based interfaces.
• Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise test scenarios, test cases, along with in-depth knowledge of product QA strategy and methodology.
