What you will do:

This includes vessel and heat exchanger design using HYSYS and HTRI software and optimal to have AutoCad 2D experience for P&IDs and PFDs.
• Assume responsibility in providing engineering support for the design of refrigeration systems and gas compression systems for sales and projects, attend HAZOP meetings, and assist the sale and project teams at customer meetings.

How you will do it:

• Design refrigeration systems for various applications and perform a heat balance.
• Prepare P&ID diagrams, equipment layout/piping layout for refrigeration system.

• Able to read and understand project/technical specification and comply to require specification.
• Specify temperature, pressure and differential transmitters, and flow meters along with the instrument engineer.

What you will do:
As Cloud Network Engineer, you are part of JCI’s ongoing and exciting digital transformation strategy, as a Cloud Network engineer you will work with the wider global network and IT teams, business partners and managed service vendors to manage, maintain and enhance the Cloud hosting environment in Johnson controls.

Our Cloud infrastructure consists of predominantly Azure’s cloud platform and span’s the major regions globally including America’s, EMEA and APAC. The deployment has followed Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption framework for Azure and aligns with best practices including Landing Zones and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the end-to-end development of software solutions tailored to optimise supply chain operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

• Architect scalable and efficient software systems that meet the evolving needs of our supply chain operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Drive discussions on technology decisions and propose strategies for system evolution.
• Initiate and consolidate technical ideas, converting them into actionable projects.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends, industry trends and emerging technologies related to supply chain management, logistics, and software development, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Conduct regular system reviews to identify technical debt and potential issues, proactively addressing them to maintain system stability

Product Development:

• Lead a product development team in the design, development, testing and deployment of high-quality software solutions for our supply chain business.
• Participate in discussions with Product Managers to assess business requests' feasibility and provide technical insights.
• Collaborate with product manager, business analysts, third party vendors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and prioritise development tasks.
• Ability to plan the development process in iterative manner, with ability to generate quick Minimum Viable Products based on the feature prioritisation and product roadmap
• Delegate tasks, review technical designs, and facilitate development processes to ensure project success.
• Implement modern and best practices for software development, including code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment, preferably by leveraging the cloud based DevOps tools.
• Implement compliant and security first software development, by implementing proper data protection, access management and security standards. If needed collaborate with the group security team to perform necessary penetration and cyber security tests.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Write unit and API tests to identify malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance.

People Management:

• Mentor team members and encourage reflection and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement.
• Quality management, by having a close understanding of the team members development activities, review technical designs and facilitate the timely and quality technical deliverables.

• Experience working and leading a team of software engineers, who specialize in ReactJS or Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST and various HTTP Verbs
• Experience in developing or maintain Cloud Application through at least one provider among AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience of end-to-end software design and performant architecture (serverless, containers)
• Automation with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Experience of building scalable and highly available products using microservices
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Experience leading product strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skill

Responsibilities

• General accounting duties
• Assist in Accounts Payable such as issuing of cheque, bank transfer
• Perform day to day AP transactions including checking, verifying, posting and maintaining proper records
• Other general ad-hoc administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel
• Meticulous and well-organized

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of technicians and engineers who are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the communication system. Ensure that the team is properly trained and equipped to deliver the service to customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This involves understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring that the system is meeting those needs
• Ensuring that the service delivery meets the quality standards set by the Authority. This involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Managing the service delivery budgets, including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue forecasting
• Managing service delivery contracts with customers. This includes negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing customer expectations
• Identifying and managing risks associated with service delivery. This involves developing risk management plans and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on service delivery
• Ensuring that the communication system is properly maintained on a regular basis. This includes conducting routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at peak performance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in the communication system. This includes troubleshooting, testing, and repairing any equipment or software malfunctions that may occur
• Managing spare parts and equipment required for the communication system. This involves maintaining an inventory of spare parts, ensuring that the required parts are available when needed, and ordering new parts as required
• Monitoring the performance of the communication system. This includes conducting regular tests and measurements to ensure that the system is operating within specified parameters and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring that the communication system meets all safety regulations and standards. This includes ensuring that all equipment and installations are in compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards

Mandatory Skills

• Collaborate and support Key Functional Stakeholders within Secretariat/MOT/Group Finance to understand functional requirement, proactively identify meaningful data insights and develop the right analytics products and recommendations
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the product and report development
• Work with subject matter experts to bridge business needs and development of data solutions.
• Ensure robust documentation of data processes, standards, best practices and guidelines
• Develop, oversee, and drive the Data Governance Framework, ensuring the team works in accordance with bank-wide data compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate and cross-support Corporate Banking Operation partners in sharing of best practices and data needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Business Analytics/Business Administration/Banking & Finance.
• Preferably at least 4 years of experience in a business/data analyst function, or related professional experience.
• Experience in a Financial industry would be advantageous.
• Related experience in process improvements, project management, and leading change management would be advantageous.
• Possess strong business acumen/knowledge to prioritize business needs and promote effective analysis for respective stakeholders.
