• Monitors and maintain the vessel portable gas detectors for annual calibrations and service.

We are seeking for a Project Engineer with experience/internship in pharmaceutical engineering for a role in Singapore.

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Engineer and cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of engineering projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong interest in pharmaceutical engineering to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the production of critical vaccines.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Engineer in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project status updates.
• Coordinate with various teams to gather project-related information.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records.
• Generate progress reports and updates for review by the Project Engineer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, maintenance, and regulatory affairs, to support project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Assist in ensuring that engineering projects comply with cGMP and other regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for regulatory submissions.

Quality Assurance Support:

• Collaborate with the quality control team to implement quality assurance protocols for engineering projects.
• Support regular quality audits and compliance activities.

Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a robotics software engineer at HiveBotics. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software systems that enable the autonomous functionality of our Abluo Bots. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing software algorithms, testing and debugging software, and continuously improving the performance and reliability of our robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm and Intelligence System Development: Design and develop advanced algorithms and intelligence systems for our robotics projects, focusing on enhancing robot perception, decision-making, and autonomous capabilities.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms and software systems for efficiency, speed, and scalability, considering real-time requirements and limited computing resources on robotic platforms.
• Testing and Validation: Design and implement robust testing procedures to validate the performance and reliability of algorithms and intelligence systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, algorithm descriptions, and software design documents.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing algorithms and intelligence systems and propose and implement enhancements to increase performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• PhD / MSc in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. A Bachelor with extensive Industry experience in Robotics, algorithm development and robot intelligence systems is welcome to apply
• Seasoned Python and CPP programmer, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) proficiency. Solid knowledge of robotics frameworks and libraries such as ROS, MoveIt, and Gazebo
• Deep understanding of robotic perception, decision-making, motion planning, and control systems.
• (Optional) Experience leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and guiding team members in achieving project goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

What You Will Do:

From connecting to various payment methods, fighting against fraudulent transactions, providing insights on revenue analysis, to meeting local government regulations & international standards, our systems cover a wide range of core functionalities.

As our systems are critical to players' experience and the company's revenue, we invest heavily in technologies (and the engineers behind these technologies). Thus, we are looking for highly talented and motivated individuals to join our backend engineering team. Being one of the core members in our backend engineering team, you will:

• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of our global payment systems, delivering a superb cross-platform checkout experience for users worldwide.
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of our internal finance / accounting software, providing a full-lifecycle solution for our funds flow.
• Provide technical design and guidance for our services, upholding our high standards on availability, maintainability, robustness and scalability.
• Promote good engineering practices as a senior engineer in the team such as chaos engineering, CI/CD pipeline, grayscale deployment, multi-cluster environment, traffic labelling, unit testing.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or related programs, with at least 5 years of experience in server-side development.
• Proficient in any programming language with at least 5 years of experience, though Golang is preferred.
• Familiar with the development and maintenance of business-critical & large-scale micro-services, understanding services optimization and monitoring.
• Familiar with web service development and related tech stack, including HTTP, security, database, cache, message queue, etc.
• Be the owner / go-to person of features you are responsible for, able to independently handle all stages of the development lifecycle including requirement discussion, tech design, development, testing and delivering.

Bonus Points:

• Experienced in integration with different payment gateways / payment processors / card schemes.
• Experienced in building finance / accounting software modules such as reconciliation, revenue projection, tax reporting.
• Familiar with common security techniques such as encryption, hashing, KMS services, etc.
• Familiar with international compliance / security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO-27001, ISO-27701, etc
