• Assist the FRC Engineer in the management of the Fault Reporting Centre
• Ensure all the works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures
• Ensure all FRC systems are operational within the acceptable limits and are run safely, effectively and economically
• Manage and assign Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance Work order (PM) using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to the maintenance staff accordingly.

• Activates Recall protocol for emergency situation.
• Assist in the Development, maintenance and the regular review and test of SOP/EOP
• Support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Prepare and submit Incident Reports and monthly facilities maintenance/repair report
• Attend to Critical & Non-Critical Breakdown faults upon activation within stipulated KPI timing.
• Undertake any ad hoc assignment requested or delegated by the AFM/FM as required for the operational needs.

Job Requirement
