Description:
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order new inventory, and ensure products are well-organized and available.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, assist customers with product inquiries, and handle complaints.
Cashier Duties: Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle payments, issue receipts, and manage returns and exchanges.
Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations, balance the cash drawer.
Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, manage orders, and negotiate terms.
Stock Replenishment: Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Team Coordination: Work closely with staff to ensure effective communication and smooth store operations
Skills Required:
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Cash Handling: Accuracy in managing transactions and balancing cash.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly.
Experience: 5 and above in hardware or building supply business
