Job Responsibilities :

The main area of work would cover

• Design, coordinate, and execute synthetic and unit test cases and scenarios for RazerID Web

• Coordinating with automated test engineers

• Work closely with web developer to design and/or refine automated test scenarios

The intern will gain exposure in

• Web technolgies like HTTP, RESTful services, Node.js, and React.js

• Synthetic test tools like Python and Selenium

• Exposure to JIRA and SCRUM workflow

Pre-Requisites :

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's Degree / Diploma students in Computer Science, Computer Eng, Information Systems or related field

• Familiarity with at least 1 of these programming langage: Go, Python, Node.js

• Comfortable using Linux Shell

• Basic understanding of Web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, RESTful services, TCP/IP networking

• Basic understanding of containers like Docker or Kubernetes will be a bonus

• Interns who are able to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months are preferred

• Understanding current approaches to product disassembly and instruction generation (using python)
• Supports developing and leveraging existing AI/ML algorithms for text, image, video data from limited documents to generate disassembly instructions.
• Coding program approaches and disassembly frameworks for different use cases.
• Develop an API for disassembly instruction generation and translation to OGS (operator guidance system) and robotic disassembly framework.
• Document findings, methodologies, and outcomes, contributing to internal reports and potential patent applications.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving project success.
• Closely communicate with other teams and presentation slides

Join our team as a Network Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical operations. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Providing technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, facilitating smooth handovers and maintaining accurate system documentation for our Maintenance support team.
• Collaborating with back-line support and vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Delivering post-sales installation and technical support directly to customers, guaranteeing efficient and effective network performance.
• Designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining our network and security infrastructure, including core switches, routers, and firewalls, to uphold the highest standards of reliability and security.
• Contributing to the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Demonstrating proficiency with Aruba switches and wireless technologies, as well as Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches, to optimize our network architecture.
• Utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve problems swiftly, providing effective workarounds and recommendations to maintain operational continuity.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• At least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/BEng/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or a related field, showcasing dedication to technical excellence.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches, with a solid understanding of network systems, architecture, routing, switching, firewall, and security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, and Aruba product certifications will have an added advantage, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in leading technologies
