Job Duties:

• Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications and operating systems.

• Build seamless MFT File-Transfer as a Service on VMware Linux platform.

• Automate middleware deployment.

• Involve in projects and support of Middleware for application team.

KEY Requirements

· Configure and review monitoring tools to ensure accurate monitoring of infrastructure devices and systems.

· Set up alerting mechanisms through email or SMS based on operational requirements.

· Generate and analyze periodic device performance and utilization reports to identify trends and potential issues.

· Collaborate with infra engineers and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.

· Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to network monitoring tools and protocols.

· Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, eG, etc.

· Proficiency in SNMP protocols, email and SMS gateways for alerting purposes.

· Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

· Ability to compose clear and concise emails and reports for documentation purposes.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot monitoring issues.

· Deliverables:
