TikTok Business Integrity team is at the core to power monetization drive for TikTok on a global scale. The team builds the foundation to safeguard our advisement platform and use cutting-edge technologies to bring the most value to our users as well as business partners. Responsibilities

- Design and build applications to enhance the trust between advertisers and TikTok, educate advertisers with integrity insights and enforce actor integrity

- Design and engineer data pipelines, build visualization to facilitate data-driven decision making

- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to iterate strategies, prototype solutions and launch experiments to validate the hypothesis

- Participate in engineering planning and execution with teams based in other locations

- Perform troubleshooting for on-call duty

Qualifications

- B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions

- Solid programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style.

- Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages: Go, Python or Java

- Proficient in computer science basics (Data Structure and Algorithms, Operating System, Computer Network, Database etc.)

Job Overview – Software QA Engineer

• Experienced with QA lifecycle, from writing test plan, thinking through test case design, performing test execution (new feature and regression) to defect management and retrospect. Familiarity with the end-to-end software development life cycle is helpful when collaborating with other teams.
• Perform and drive Manual testing, Automation Testing and Performance Testing.
• Fully document any bugs/anomalies identified in testing with instructions how to recreate them.
• Accurately record and maintain test results, and its progress to resolution.
• Configure, set up and maintain QA environments for testing.
• Collaborate with Client Services team to help perform root cause analysis of issues found in the production environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, investment management, risk management involving Hong Kong and US markets is required

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, Bloomberg and other financial market databases

Familar with MAS rules and regulation
