• Proficient in C# (.NET Framework v4.7 and above, Dotnet core).
• Proficient in database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL/Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in applying source control management with Github.
• Proven delivery experience in Agile software development using industry standards like Test-Driven Development, static code analysis, and test automation with high code coverage, coding reviews, CI/CD, feature flags, etc.
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Kanban, or any DevOps frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise software architecture design principles like Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design.
• Experience with developing workflows in Informatica will be preferred.

Server, Security

• Install, configure, and manage Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, and take proactive measures to optimize server performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities, including patch management, server updates, and system backups.
• Monitor and analyze server logs for security breaches, anomalies, or performance issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Respond to server-related incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users or the IT support team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, such as Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services,
• Experience with server virtualization technologies, such as VMware
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

Security:

• Monitor respond to security dashboard alerts (like SecureWorks, i-Secure) and group level vulnerabilities/threats including public-facing assets, incident actions.
• First level support to users in Singapore, Thailand for Cyber Threats (Spam/Phishing, Malware reports). And take actions including Virus Deep scans, block domains.
• To Support IT Management regional IT in reporting on regional measures including eLearning and vulnerabilities/threat reporting.
• Help identify/support employee training to prevent phishing and other forms of cyberattack
• Secondary Role: backup for Network Engineer to cover the Network Support for Singapore Thailand.
