We are looking for an experienced Application Data Services and Integration Manager for one of our global clients. He/ She will be responsible for overseeing the integration of data and applications across the organization to ensure seamless data flow between systems, applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of proven track record in delivering high performing application solutions that meet scope, cost, and date parameters. He/she would have good experience developing integrations in several technologies and languages such as Microsoft .NET, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration:
• Oversee the integration of various systems, applications, and platforms, including ERP systems, CRM systems, data warehouses, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
Data Management:
• Manage ETL model, data mapping, transformation, and migration processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor integration processes and performance to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Establish and enforce integration standards, review emerging solutions, best practices, and quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure reliable data transmission.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Fleet optimization team, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements, define integration workflows, and resolve integration issues.
Vendor, Customer, Partner Management:
• Manage relationships with integration solution vendors or service providers, customers, and partners, including contract negotiation, integration solutioning, performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance integration efficiency and reliability.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Generate regular reports on integration status, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Qualifications/ Requirements
· At least 5 years of experience in software development utilizing a variety of common system integration methods and technologies including web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, automated testing frameworks, and orchestration tools.
· Experience developing integrations in several technologies and languages such as Microsoft .NET, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
· Experience working with Oracle databases, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure Integration and API management Services.
· Data analytics, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Architecture Postman, API management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer service.
· In-depth knowledge of security concepts, protocols, best practices, and technologies.
· Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud environments.
· Highly motivated with very strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
