What the day will look like

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, presentations; signing of contractual documents.
• Preparation and technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty business by the broking team.
• Preparation of summary term sheets, Treaty programme structure charts

• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Asia Pacific and Global network to achieve objectives
• Support brokers in their follow-up communications with clients and reinsurers
• Maintain and share technical expertise in specialist/ technical areas

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 6+ years of relevant experience (broking or underwriting support), preferably with exposure to Treaty Reinsurance, or relevant technical accounting experience
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with WordSensa will be an added advantage.
• Confident communiction skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail, able to organise and analyse large volume of data
• Able to work independently within established guidelines

Profile
