Roles & Responsibility
Agile Release Train Leadership:
- Partner Product management and Release train engineer to lead the design and implementation of Agile Release Trains, providing guidance on the structure, processes, and ceremonies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategic architectural runway, align the ART strategy and roadmap with organizational objectives.
Architectural Design:
- Work with the respective development teams within ART to design and maintain the overall architecture of the Agile Release Train, considering scalability, flexibility, and integration points.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the architecture supports the Agile principles and practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of business value.
- Partner closely with cross teams within ART and beyond to build a simplified and yet connected system landscape which supports organization growth ambition.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Release Train, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of Agile best practices and ensure teams are constantly learning and evolving.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the Agile Release Train, providing proactive solutions to potential challenges.
- Work closely with teams to address impediments and facilitate timely issue resolution.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile methodologies to inform and enhance the organization's practices.
- Provide guidance to development teams on how we can design systems’ integration and cross share of data within and outside of China borders.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect embracing Agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience implementing them in large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Deal to Settlement process
- Experienced Salesforce centric architectural design experience with Salesforce Lightnings and other Salesforce products
- Experienced with one or more integration tools, able to design integration scenarios or integration pattern
- Familiar with Document Management Solutions, Data Architecture Solution, AI/ML
- Having human centred design or design thinking experience will be a plus.
- Experienced working with teams of Architects especially Salesforce Solution/Technical Architects, Data and Integration Architect as well as Enterprise Architect
