The Field Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving technical issues, developing solutions to meet customer needs, and identifying and developing new business opportunities. As a field application Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to the implementation, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems

Job scope:

• On-site Implementation: Conduct site surveys, mark and label areas, and install necessary shelves for equipment placement.
• Equipment Installation: Unpack and install equipment, perform equipment debugging, and conduct product testing.
• Deployment and Integration: Deploy software components, conduct system integration, and liaise with customers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Project Delivery: Participate in project management and risk assessment, report and troubleshoot issues, and facilitate the final delivery and acceptance of projects.
• Post-sale Maintenance: Perform preliminary troubleshooting and feedback for hardware and software issues, diagnose and resolve problems.
• Maintenance Services: Replace spare parts, conduct inspections and maintenance, track and report issues, and provide service feedback.
• Any Other Ad hoc projects

Qualification & qualities:

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electronic communication, automation, or other related fields.
• Experiences in software, testing, automation or robotics would be a plus
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently under pressure
• Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice is a plus

Salary Ranges from $5500-$7000
