You are responsible for
• Discovery of ground-breaking technologies and solution scoping with expertise in various decarbonisation solutions world-wide.
• Provide strategic direction, advice and training on aspects of technology commercialization and intellectual property protection, design GTM strategy and capturing customer value proposition.
• Building integrated solution, developing innovation pipelines and customization of new solutions in-line with company’s sustainable strategy.
• Creating new solutions and innovating by creative combination of existing product portfolio, and developing customized solutions, including first to markets.
• As part of the expert team, you will also bring together and coordinate with other technical experts in building proposal for customer.


To succeed in this role, you will need to be technically curious, customer-first attitude, have the following attributes and experiences
• At least more than 3 years of commercialisation, technology transfer experience and/or implementation of innovation solution. Previous working experience in consulting firm and business analyst will be a bonus.
• Up-to-date knowledge on latest technology but not limited to sustainable materials, CCUS, green energy solutions, artificial intelligence, generative AI and 3D printing.
• Familiar with concept of LCA and software such as OpenLCA, SimaPro, or other LCA software.
• Knowledgeable on ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 and other industry standards including Greenhouse Gas Protocol, ISO 14067, SBTi, and TCFD would be an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Interested in the opportunity to help businesses address global challenges such sustainability and decarbonisation needs.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills; advantageous to have workshop facilitation experience but not mandatory.

We are seeking a Java lead to join a collaborative, Agile team. You will be responsible for building highly available, distributed and enterprise Java-based applications, where system performance is critical. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements
• Work with other members of a planning team to develop a prototype plan for an enterprise system, including what key features system users require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing systems that will transition into the new system built down the road.
• Develop modules of the initial enterprise system plan and work with the development team by coding advanced portions of the modules and delegating routine coding to junior Java developers
• Conduct the testing of completed code modules with the help of junior Java developers, fixing code as needed to ensure a smooth system deployment with the intended functionality
• Lead the Change - Change the way the client perceives coding and documentation by identifying, interpreting and implementing new developments with a focus on problem solving and improvement. Extract and integrate cross- projects components and libraries. Build a culture where development is exciting and fun!
• Provide Expertise - Scale continuous integration and delivery on a global level and teach others how to use it to mitigate risk and compliance issues. Contribute to an existing continuous integration and delivery community / tool.
• Accountable to work with the team and Architect to execute on the technical design and solutions.
• Leadership - Acknowledge that there are different programming paradigms and can argue where a certain paradigm / language is applicable. Serve as the go-to moderator or mentor for members to seek technical guidance from.
• Continuous Improvement – Work with tribe coaches, platform leads, ITALs to drive the execution and implementation of innovative ideas and initiatives that benefit the platform and project.
• Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle
• Build, test and support mobile/web applications
• Recommend software solutions to emerging needs in banking functionality and report ability
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
• Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date

Prerequisites

• At least more than 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE, SQL, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, RESTful Services, Web Services, XML, JSON
• Experience as a team leader.
• Strong experience in application development frameworks such as EJB, Camel, Spring, Hibernate in the Java platform
• Knowledge of Oracle, DB2 or similar database management system
• CI tools experience ie. Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Maven
• Experience of development using web technologies
• Knowledge of JBoss, IBM Websphere, WebLogic
• Designing software and database objects
• Unit testing and debugging
• Perform peer code reviews
• Conduct fact-gathering sessions with customers

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly input warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the WMS system on a daily basis.
• Address and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely scheduling.
• Assist in conducting weekly cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.
