Job Opening: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Xero: Must be experienced with Xero accounting software.
• Client Billing: Able to manage and process client billing efficiently.
• Handle general accounting tasks, including invoicing and following up on payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• To handle and manage front desk duties
• To attend and provide customer service to all visitors
• To attend phone call enquiries, bookings, reply emails, etc
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O' level and experience hospitality industry is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experienced in handling payments, administrative duties, etc
• Team player with a pleasant disposition and service oriented
• Ability to handle interactions with clients / visitors in a professional manner

Job Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters efficiently.

Ability to manage and process files independently.

Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to conveyancing matters.

Liaise with clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth conveyancing processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in legal conveyancing for at least 1 year

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management abilities

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

We are looking for an administrative assistant to help our office manager with office administration.

The ideal candidate is pleasant, able to deal with clients, is familiar with calendaring, arranging appointments and other such administrative tasks.

At least one year experience is ideal.
