Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in client management and updating client in a timely manner
- Assisting in preparation of Court and legal documents
- Assisting in drafting of correspondences Court documents
- Organising and filing Court documents via Syariah Portal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Administrative duties such as upkeeping file maintenance, searches, timesheets, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents etc.
- Preparing invoices
- Meticulous and strategic problem-solvers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Training will be provided
Requirements
· Able to communicate in English & Malay
· Experience in law firm, familiar with legalisation process
· Proficient in MS Office applications, Syariah Portal, Clio etc
