This position reports to the Office Manager of the law firm. Applicant is to be able to work independently to process information, follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should be diligent, meticulous, independent and a team player, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties involved are:
Assisting in the preparation of legal correspondence, letters and documents;
1) Updating lawyers' calendar & case file ,
3)CoIlating and filing of Court documents physically and electronically;
4) Sorting and keeping all documents electronic and physical in order and easily accessible form;
5) Planning and delegation of work to complete task assigned tasks on time;
4) Work collaboratively and effectively with others to deliver excellent client experience. And deliver clients objectives;
5) Attending to Notary Query & Preparing Notary Certs online;&
6) Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
