The Job:

• Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols to prevent fire/safety violations, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
• Operate CCTV, Access Control systems, and Fire Safety Systems following departmental procedures.
• Provide reception coverage and assist with sales and administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and complete necessary paperwork during shifts.

The Talent:

• Existing PLRD license and CERT membership
• First-aider certified to attend emergency situations
• Minimum 2 years related experience in commercial setting
