Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play
- Maintain database of legal documents (E.g. contracts with customers, teaming agreements.)
- Assist in proofreading a wide variety of contracts and other agreements.
- Assist the Legal, Risk and Compliance team to ensure effective communication, implementation and compliance of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Assist LRC Manager in the consolidation of ERM dashboard for reporting, including but not limited to, operational risks, business risk and financial risk etc.
- Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary.
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time.
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
- Diploma/Degree (preferably in Legal/Accounting) in with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and lead/drive complex operational initiatives.
- Meticulous, attentive to details, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Able to prioritize assignments, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Strong command of English (Ability to read, write and edit technical subject matter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
