Job Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative and secretarial support to department
· Coordinating of travel arrangements, booking of flights and hotels
· Managing of calendars , visa application and minutes taking
· Handling of access cards, business correspondence, confidential documents and license applications
· Provide of admin support to other senior management executives
· Assist with presentation slides, compliance documents and daily/monthly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
