We seek a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Construction Manager and Site Engineer in managing and overseeing daily site operations, ensuring the successful execution of civil and structural works in compliance with all specifications and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Construction Manager/Site Engineer in overseeing and monitoring daily site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate site operations with other trades, such as architectural and M&E works.
• Oversee and coordinate civil and structural work performed by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
• Supervise construction workers on site.
• Ensure site safety by safe work procedures.
• Plan and prepare the construction schedule, coordinating activities accordingly.
• Monitor and report on-site and off-site project progress.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Analyze project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Conduct thorough monitoring of construction activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to standard rules and regulations.
• Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.
• Coordinate, prepare, and arrange site inspections with RE & RTO.
• Organize daily Toolbox Meetings with the Site Supervisor and WSHC, providing briefings on on-site activities and daily tasks. Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Supervisor.
• Attend monthly and weekly safety meetings and site work reviews with the client.
• Prepare and maintain records and summaries related to the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Preferably, I would have 5-10 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, preferably with 5-10 years experience in Building construction regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
