Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.
About the Role
- Lead the Building operation team to maintain, repair and improve the Civil, Structural & Building elements at Sports Hub.
- To ensure the Schedule Facilities Planned Maintenance program (SFPM) is carried out as planned with the support of various venue teams.
- To minimize the unavailability deduction and service shortfall resulted from facilities by ensuring PPM and other ad hoc request works are carried out regularly and timely.
- To manage Building related Total Asset Management (TAM) cases and put in place effective control process.
- To ensure maintenance works and reports (such as Grease Traps) are carried out and submitted timely, adhering to the FM contractual requirements.
- To manage LCC project works in terms of scheduling, coordination and ensuring the results meet the desired goals and objectives.
- Building team to do works internally instead of looking externally.
- To ensure all licensing (statutory) are monitored and renewed timely.
- To ensure Building related defects are being addressed by DSPL
- To carry out cost control for Building team via Contract Negotiation, improving in-house team capability by sending the team for relevant training (such as welding), thus enabling the team to do works internally instead of looking externally.
- Effective control of Overtime to manage Manpower cost
- To manage contractors to ensure work quality, safety and delivery
- Appointed as a sub-committee work group team member, actively involved in all the SSH asset life cycle program. Key involvement to work and coordinate with Asset Future for SSH assets re-registration program.
- Appointed as part of the ISO team (as the Environmental Representative) to handle both internal and external audits.
About You:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
- Knowledgeable and competent in Civil structural, building & fabric related repair works & maintenance.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to works under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
