BOWLING EXECUTIVES

(Location: Bukit Batok Clubhouse)

As a Bowling Executive, you will report to our Bowling Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Bowling Manager in the daily routines of the bowling centre.
• Cashiering duties at Bowling Counter.
• Bowling Lanes Reservations.
• Rental of Bowling shoes and sales of socks.
• Respond promptly to all lane trouble calls.

We want you, if you have/are:

• Min. O Levels
• Have good interactive skill with friendly and sociable personality.
• Good attitude in learning.
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills

Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience.

As a Senior Jackpot Executive in Bukit Batok Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Assistant Manager, Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Jackpot Room.
• Lead a team of Jackpot Executives to ensure they provide prompt, friendly and professional service to players.
• Create “Wow” experiences for players.
• Assist players with food handling, machine fault and membership applications whenever necessary.
• Reconciliation of daily transactions and cash floats.
• Plan and manage duty roster.
• Accurate recording of jackpot machines’ performance.

• Excellent personalised customer service skills.
• Friendly, sociable and attentive to details.
• Independent, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Jackpot Room.
• GCE O or N Level.
