Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice for financings, private equity and venture capital investments in Singapore and overseas.
- Assist business units in mitigating legal risk, managing early stage disputes and developing proposals for resolution.
- Provide legal support and advice for operational matters, such as drafting/reviewing commercial contracts for purchase/supply of goods and services, providing legal advice for tenancy, customer, employment etc issues.
- Draft contract templates and plan legal training for business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law with at least 5 years’ PQE in private practice or as an in-house counsel.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
