- Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
- Organizing and filing court documents via e-Litigation.
- Handling incoming calls, correspondences, and confidential documents.
- Assisting in drafting of correspondences.
- Managing calendars, hearings, meetings, and appointments.
- Assisting lawyer in handling client’s enquiries.
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and binding of documents.
- Preparing invoices.
- Completing and submitting claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- A team player with a meticulous eye for detail, strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Hard-working, committed, and able to multi-task effectively.
- At least two (2) years of experience in administrative, clerical, or secretarial roles.
- Knowledge of e-filing is an advantage.
