Job Scope:
- Monitor CCTV and report abnormality.
- Register by scan QR code to updating the entry and exit records of visitors in the electronic visitor system (Monday.com)
- Manage driveway to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
- Routine patrolling to ensure safety and security around the premises.
- Receive incoming letters or goods delivered and bring up to office or store.
- Daily record water and electricity meter reading.
- Daily record dormitory aircon meter reading.
- Maintain cleanliness at the lobby area.
- Daily cleaning and light up candle at prayer table.
- Water the vegetables and plants.
- Sweep floor.
- Clean toilet.
- Take Charge of decorations annual events. (Example: Christmas and CNY)
- Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
