Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experienced in Waterproofing works
Preferable 5 yrs of local experience
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and programmes without compromising on quality and safety
Ensuring Supervisors & Foremen meet client & regulatory work requirements
Take site measurements and prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
Liaise with Authorities and Main-contractors
Prepare Waterproofing Safety Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), and Safe Work Procedure (SWP)
Attend and participate all Safety Meetings organized by Clients
Ensure overall safety well being of workers in the workshop as well as the on site during project execution
Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing rules & regulations
Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full-time supervision of works on site
