Legal Counsel – Retail 3+PQE
Working with a renowned global leader in luxury lifestyle brands to recruit a versatile generalist lawyer to support their expanding operations across Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key agreements, including leases, distribution, and marketing contracts. You will provide strategic legal counsel to various business units, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to global initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ PQE in commercial law, with a strong focus on corporate, retail, or luxury sectors.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage cross-jurisdictional legal matters.
- Proficiency in handling complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
