- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, P&L for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
- Prepare progress claim
- Monitor project progress and prepare for any variation order(s) during project period
- Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing claims.
- Provide admin support to site team
- Other adhoc task assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to work independently and willingness to work uner pressure.
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
- Preferbly with RC experience
