We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure security. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day support and deployment of security infrastructure. In addition, the candidate will be involved in pre-sales and deal pursuits, where required.

Responsibilities:

· Network security management (e.g. intrusion prevention system, virtual private network).

· Web security management (e.g. URL filtering, web application firewall).

· End point security management (e.g. anti-malware, device control, application control, data loss prevention, network access control).

· Messaging security management (e.g. anti-malware, anti-spam, content filtering).

· Security & vulnerability management (security information and event management, security device systems management, device and application vulnerability management).

· Automation of management of tasks.

· May be required to be on on-call standby duties.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimally a Diploma/Degree holder in Security, Computer Science/Engineering or IT.

· At least 5 to 8 years of related working experience.

· At least 3 years of experience that covers management of enterprise security solutions.

· Experience in implementation and integration of Cyber Security Platform.

· Knowledge across various information security technologies/areas in large enterprises including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, Linux O/S, Windows O/S, databases, antivirus, patch management, vulnerability scanning, backup, logging and monitoring. Remote access, application development, network security, application security, and change management.

· Certification in the following Security Vendors (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, etc) would be advantageous.

Corporate Secretarial
• Board Meetings (Singapore) – full involvement in board meeting, including preparation of
relevant documents prior to the board meetings, attendance at board meetings and finalisation
of meeting minutes
• Corporate secretarial – draft relevant documents including board resolutions, SGX
announcements, statutory forms; complete filings as necessary
• Document Maintenance – maintain records such as minutes, resolutions, statutory forms,
company registers and other relevant documents
• Ensure Singapore listco complies with all relevant legislations, including Companies Act, SGX
Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
• Liaise with external corporate secretary for AGM, EGM and other matters managed by external
corporate secretary
• Stay updated on developments that affect the company and advice the Management
accordingly, together with actions required
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Compliance
• ISO Management (Singapore) – Manage all ISO related matters, including acting as the
document controller, ensure proper control of documents and records, participating in internal
and external audits, managing processes and documentation, liaison with external providers
for audits matters, engagement with relevant departments to ensure processes are relevant
and updated, follow up with relevant stakeholders on any post-audit actions, communicate
updates to the company as and when necessary
• Legal policies (Group) – Assist to review policies, research on regulatory updates that affect
the company and provide updates as necessary, conduct periodic trainings on policies,
communicate regulatory updates to the Group on a periodic basis

• Licencing Matters – Provide support to licensing requirements such as license applications and
renewals, keep abreast with any changes to licensing requirements and provide timely updates
to relevant business units

Others (as may be assigned from time to time)
• Assist to review and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers for the company and its
regional offices
• Assist with such other administrative tasks relating to contract management
• Assist to manage the company’s trademarks

Qualifications/Training:
• Possess a law degree from an internationally recognised institution
• Possess corporate secretarial certification from recognised institution

Experience/Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a listed company or managing corporate secretarial matters for
listed companies
• Experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel with knowledge of contract terms preferred
• Experience in management of ISO standards, procedures and audits and internal controls, or
similar international standards
• Possesses good time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Excellent writing and communication skills to communicate with colleagues from regional offices
• Strong business acumen to understand business goals and strategies in order to provide practical

We are looking for the following position: Senior Security Consultant for Identity Governance and Administration as a subject matter expert to join NERA Telecommunication (Nera)’s Cybersecurity team.

As an individual contributor and reporting to VP, Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Presales and Delivery of on-prem/Cloud based IGA/IAM project including providing the consulting service for IGA/IAM operation.
• Develop process and procedure on regular IGA/IAM life cycle.
• Prepare proposals / statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating NERA’s Security value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
• Uses in-depth solution knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations for building new relationships, driving opportunities and defining innovative security solutions to our customers.
• Own and positively develop the relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers.
• Engaging customers and partners, capturing requirements, proposing technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver the business value solutions to the customer successfully and achieving high level of customer satisfaction – to own and manage the whole process.
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement – both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
• Research and develop appropriate working solution and value proposition, engaging with the respective solution principal and services to address customer requirement.
• Scope and clearly translate defined requirements, proposed solutions and value proposition into proposals/Statement of Work (SOW).
• Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels).
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the solutions and services offered by NERA overall.
• Be a trusted advisor who provide sound security advise to customer and help them establish business case, including TCO and ROI justification, and shape requirement.
• Be the solution owner, taking lead and working with cross-functioning team including professional services, product management, sales and marketing to drive the development of market-driven solution and services, and also for marketing events.
• Ensure personal technical, communication and commercial skills are kept up to date to ensure successful execution of role, e.g. maintaining CPE, attending training, webinars.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IGA/IAM solutions.
• Programming Skills: Java, Python, or PowerShell, and the ability to write scripts to automate tasks in IGA/IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
• Working experience in providing consulting service for the IGA/IAM operation and processes.
• Able to write/develop custom IGA/IAM connector will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to a small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics.
• Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP is highly desirable.
• Professional security related qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Broad experience and understanding of security regulatory framework and guidelines in the region are highly desirable.
• Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc is highly desirable.
• Broad experience and understanding of security trend, threat landscape and framework such as the cyber kill-chain.
