- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of commercial agreements (e.g. sales agreement, licensing agreements etc)
- Advising business stakeholders on all legal and regulatory matters, including data protection and IP matters
- Develop and review internal legal policies
- Drafting agreement templates and other legal documents to protect the Company’s interests
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
Requirements:
- Degree holder and admission to Singapore bar (preferred)
