Responsibilities
- The job of an enforcement administrator is to look into complaints and carry out regular inspections to find instances of corporate policies being broken.
- When anomalies are found, the enforcement administrator acts swiftly to address the problems and restore compliance. This could entail bringing legal action against noncompliant employees or giving warnings and citations.
- Collaborating with various department heads (such as the operation or logistical managers) and supporting them with the necessary enforcement to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Enforcing company policies and penalizing employees.
- Monitor lost goods, tools, and equipment, and assign fines to the appropriate group of employees or drivers.
- Before the end of the month, total the fines, provide the results of the inquiry into the infractions, and request approval from the HR Manager for the deduction.
Requirements
- Minimum of Higher NITEC / Diploma in Safety / Engineering or Technical Related Discipline
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in regulation enforcement an advantage.
