About the role
As a Security System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the Client's security infrastructure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information and systems. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting security systems and implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing day-to-day administration of CCure ACS at offices in Singapore which will be primarily related to the administration of physical security systems (ACS and CCTV) and will include the issuance, removal and alternation of access rights; the capturing, recording and storage of CCTV footage and the routine maintenance of the systems' hardware and to ensure optimum performance.
- Assisting Security Operations Manager (SOM) and Regional Security Management team.
- Understanding and abiding to security access policy and CCTV monitoring policy.
- Proceeding access requests for Client’s buildings/office suites through ACS and Ccure9000.
- Maintaining the right access activation and timely deactivation for staff requests.
- Monitoring of hardware and software to ensure operationality on ACS and CCTV systems.
- Providing software system trouble shooting and attending to in-conjunction to JCI-Tyco support.
- Preparing and sending out monthly validation access report to designated area approvers.
- Generating daily and weekly staff movement reports.
- Manage quarterly preventive maintenance for ACS and CCTV with JCI Tyco vendor.
- Assisting in ACS and CCTV restack, upgrading and migration projects.
- Maintaining healthy inventory stock list for ACS, CCTV systems & accessories, physical security equipment's and office stationeries.
- Respond to any life-threatening situations, security alerts and situations, criminal acts, civil demonstration and unrest, fire and power outbreak, terrorist attack, natural disaster, etc., to report all incidents to SOM immediately with detailed incident report and assist in security investigation if required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Security Access Card Administration
- Knowledge in CCure
- Good communication skills to manage phone call enquiries
