Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT help desk team to provide first and second level technical support for end users to resolve system related issues
• Manage service requests and incident management processes to meet IT service quality SLAs
• To ensure that the standard ITIL based service delivery processes are well adhered to
• To identify opportunities to improve, optimize and automate current workflows and services for the firm
• To work across the Applications, Infrastructure and Security teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• To provide training and creating awareness to users on adoption of new technologies and initiatives, including creating user guides and training materials

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess at least 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in the IT industry
• Experience with IT service management tools, incident tracking and prioritization
• Experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager or Prior experience in SCCM is preferred
• ITIL certification level 2 would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Intune and Information Protection
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SaaS applications, infrastructure, network and cybersecurity concepts such as Active Directory, Zero Trust, etc
