My client a leading fintech company is looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in the Financial District of Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and services for the company’s business operations, mitigating and preventing legal risks.
- Draft and review various business contracts and legal documents, participate in contract negotiations, and provide daily legal consultation.
- Handle the company's litigation cases and other related legal matters.
- Assist the business departments in managing risk control throughout the entire process, offering professional opinions and suggestions.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, with at least 5 years of work experience; legal experience in the internet industry is preferred.
- Passed the local legal qualification examination.
- Strong comprehensive judgment, logical analysis, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive in work, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
